Flock Fitness now offers FIIT (FLOCK INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) Camps! FIIT Camps are 45-60 minute bootcamp and athletic inspired training sessions. We use a variety of formats to ensures that you spend more time working and less time listening to what the next drill is. Our simple training formula also ensures that the certified personal trainer can spend less time explaining and more time coaching, motivating and making sure everyone is moving correctly! FIIT Camp is great way to get fit and find your inner athlete while having a great time! You will never get bored in camp since each session will be different and each trainer will bring something unique to each FIIT Camp experience. We use tires, battle ropes, med balls, TRX systems, body weight, agility drills, kettle bells, sand bells and more to shock the body and get you results that you are after!
